As someone who suffered from anxiety, panic attacks, and depression for years, I certainly know how you feel if you’re reading this little story.
With me, things got so bad that I finally just set my mind to learning everything I could about what causes anxiety and how to stop it. I won’t say it was easy — in fact it took quite a long time — but it was worth it.
